Humbertown Shopping Centre Holiday Contest Rules & Regulations - 2024

1. Ballot must be fully completed online and is limited to one per person and must be submitted on the https://www.humbertown.com/promotions site prior to Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Some restrictions apply. 

2. Prize winner must be 19 years of age or older to claim their prize. Employees and immediate family members of any tenant of Humbertown Shopping Centre, FCR Management Services LP, First Capital REIT, or Suppliers to or Agencies of any of the foregoing are not eligible to win. 

3. No purchase necessary. Winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question upon collecting the prize.

4. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-refundable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Approximate retail value of Humbertown Jewellers necklace is $1,350. 

5. All online ballots/entries become the property of Humbertown Shopping Centre. 

6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. Contest closes 11:59 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Winner will be contacted by email Thursday, December 19th, 2024. All contest entrants’ consent and acknowledge that Humbertown Shopping Centre reserves the right to use the winning entrant’s name, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news and information purposes without further compensation or notification.
